Kauppaan ei sisälly takuuta. Tuotteen hallinta ja omistusoikeus siirtyy ostajalle

Decision for sale will be made 27.10. latest. The sales contract will be made after the auction. When the sales contract is returned signed an invoice will be sent. The signed sales contract must be delivered to the seller within one day. The invoice has one day payment period. The product must be picked up within a week of the invoice due date. The pick up date and time has to agree beforehand via email
The sale doesn't include warranty to the product or its further use. The product management and ownership rights transfer to the buyer when the purchase amount is paid. The seller is not responsible for disassembling
installation or setup of the product. By signing sales contract the buyer ensures that it is familiar with the product and the buyer cannot invoike a defect after the transaction.The productcan be missing parts.The product has not eligible for exchenge or return
The pick up charge 5000 € includes loading of the product to the buyers conveyance. The pick up date and time has to agree beforehand via email. The buyer arrange the transportation for the product. The pick-up cost will be added as a separate item in the sales agreement
