Granulation
Silos and Bagging
Granulation rollers operate by immersion process. Liquid undercooling via water-cooled roller. A solid film is drawn up and scraped off by a scraper blade. Further cooling via a cooling screw conveyor with explosion protection. Roller is blanketed with nitrogen (N2). Silo cell-wheel airlock serves as transition to outside atmosphere and for dosing.
